Management Philosophy
A behind-the-scenes force that continues to produce a better life through creativity and ingenuity.
- “Creativity and ingenuity” includes utilizing the skills and ideas we have cultivated over our more than 100-year history.
- “A better life” means a safe, secure, and comfortable life and its further improvement.
- “Continue to produce” means to continue to create from scratch and to continue to exist as a company.
- “A behind-the-scenes force” means to continue to support an important part of society and to be useful to social life and the global environment.
Development Philosophy
“3+”(3 Plus) is a development concept by Murakoshi MFG.
We introduced this new concept during the Japan Home+Building Show 2007 as a first in the mounting hardware industry, as part of efforts to explain our development methods to our customers.
Helping meet the basic needs of users for “more comfortable”, “safer” and “more convenient” products and upholding the fundamental trio of qualities: Silent, Safe and Smooth. Ultimately, doing so will boost the “satisfaction” of our customers.
This concept also reflects Murakoshi MFG's determination to create top-quality products in future as well as realizing our "absolute quality" vision.
